Kendra Elizabeth Eager lost her long battle with her illness on Monday December 24 and passed away at the age of 35. Kendra was born March 16,1983 to John and Barbara Eager. She was a beloved big sister to Sean and Kyle Eager and a precious granddaughter to Margarete Stanchick the late Andrew Stanchick and Ethel and John Eager. Kendra received her BA from State University of NY.
Kendra was a talented artist and accomplished photographer always looking for and finding beauty in the world. Kendra understood the challenges of mental illness and worked hard to raise awareness and worked to help others.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St John and St Mary Catholic Church in Chappaqua on Thursday January 3 at 11:00 AM. Donations may be sent to National Association for Mental Illness (NAMI) Westchester Branch.
