Lori (Lorraine) DiPietro the mother of Joseph, Donna, David and Steven and eight grandchildren; Mark, Lauren, Jillian, Ava, Jack, lily, Domenic and Adam. Lori went to our Lord on November 29, 2019. Lori had a long and successful spine surgery on November 18 and was in rehab when she fell. Lori was born in the Bronx to Michael and Theresa Masseo. Her sister Muriel and brother Michael predeceased her. She graduated from Evander Childs High School, and was employed as a secretary. After the children had grown she Managed The Laning Flower Shop in Chappaqua for several years. Lori was very personable and creative and was loved by customers. She married Joseph DiPietro in 1962 and during their happy 57 years of marriage lived in several homes in the Westchester community. Lori and Joe purchased a home in Naples FL. in 2000 and have spent the majority of time there since. Friends will remember her smile and kind demeanor, her love of family and cooking. Joe liked to say she got to him through her cooking their homes are packed with cook books, tons of dishes, pots and pans. Lori loved to shop and whenever friends needed something they would call her for advise for locating the right store. Her great smile and youthfulness will be missed by all.
