Obituary for Adrienne Lazaro (Eggler)
Adrienne Mary Lazaro, 87, of Pleasantville, passed away peacefully on
May 6, 2021 in Tarrytown, NY.
Adrienne began her career at IBM after becoming a single parent. She worked as a manager at IBM while raising her daughter. She played the role of a mother and father at a time when that wasn’t common. Despite these struggles she always provided a loving home for her daughter.
Adrienne was born in Bronx, NY to Mildred and Lester Eggler on May 26, 1933. She married Louis P. Lazaro in Tuckahoe, NY.
Adrienne is preceded in death by her husband, Louis P. Lazaro, brother Richard Eggler, sister Joanie Eggler, mother Mildred Eggler and father Lester Eggler.
Adrienne is survived by her daughter Ellen Sollitto, son-in-law Thomas Sollitto, her two grandchildren, Carly Sollitto and Bennett Sollitto.
Funeral services will be held 10am Monday, May 10 at Beecher Flooks Funeral Home. Burial will be held at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are by Beecher Flooks Funeral Home.
