Dorothy Celeste Jay Tsuji passed away at age 77 on September 26, 2021, at her home at Ann’s Choice in Warminster, PA. Born March 24, 1944, in Louisiana, Celeste graduated from Alcee Fortier High School and Louisiana State University. She later received an MBA from John F. Kennedy University in California, where she began her 32-year career with Educational Testing Service, met and married Ken Tsuji, who preceded her in death, and rollicked in the hills of San Francisco with Terre Fuchs and JoAnn Terrana Saunders--friends who later became family. She moved to Lawrenceville, NJ, and married Charles Terrana, who passed away earlier in 2021. Celeste enjoyed many winters in Mazatlan, Mexico, and was forever a teacher and learner. She will be fondly remembered by her brother John (predeceased by brother William, "Bill"), nieces and nephews Alison, Suzanne, Betsy, Amanda, Sam and Brian, Charlie's children Gaspar, Alicia, Faith and Charlene, and her coast-to-coast and international circle of friends.

Celeste will join Charlie at All Souls Cemetery in Pleasantville, NY, following a service at Beecher Flooks Funeral Home at 11AM on November 20, 2021.
