One of the kindest gentleman I had the privilege of knowing since my family joined the United Methodist Church in Armonk. Though the building itself closed 8 years ago now, the church family remained connected. I would still get to see Mr. Loh every election day as he was a dedicated voter, one of my favs from District 6. Mr. Loh was as sweet as he was adorable ...especially when he wore an apron every Christmas Sunday when his family hosted a coffee hour feast! And what a spread it was. I can honestly remember being at college, during study period and finals in December hoping I’d get home in time before the Sunday before Christmas just for the this annual tradition in celebration of Mrs. Loh’s birthday. And though she died way too soon, the girls and their father kept the tradition going every year after.
For such an accomplished man professionally Mr. Loh was even more unassuming.
And now such a difficult time to lose loved ones. My heart breaks for Stephanie and Pam. Mr. Loh was a both a gentleman and a gentle man in every way.
