Herbert Benjamin Gottlieb died November 10, 2019 at United Hebrew in New Rochelle, NY. He was 91. He was born on June 16, 1928 to Irving and Mollie Gottlieb. After being honorably discharged from the United States Air Force during the Korean War, he worked as a real estate broker throughout the five boroughs of New York City and Westchester County for almost his entire career. He married Beverly Lukowitz on December 4, 1955. She predeceased him in 2001 after a long battle with multiple sclerosis. In later years, he enjoyed traveling and dancing with his significant other, Lillian Johnson, and playing poker at the Mount Pleasant Senior Center. Herb is survived by his daughter Bonnie (Gottlieb) Isaacson of Livingston, NJ and son Laurence Gottlieb of Hawthorne, NY and granddaughters Alana (Isaacson) Young of Randolph, NJ and Elizabeth Gottlieb of New York, NY and Kylie Gottlieb of Binghamton, NY and grandson Brandon Isaacson of Livingston, NJ.
