Linda McKenna of Ossining, NY passed away on May 12, 2021 at the age of 68. Linda was born on August 6, 1952 to Casimir and Dorothy Rozycki of Yonkers, NY. On October 2, 1982, she married Kenneth McKenna, Sr. at St. Bartholomew's Church. Linda was a retired Teacher’s Aide at St. Augustine School in Ossining, NY, and was an active member of the St. Augustine Parish. Linda was predeceased by her husband Ken. She is survived by her two children: Marianne (Brendan) Nichols and Kenneth Jr. (Amy) McKenna. Linda is survived by her two grandchildren: Reese Faith and Declan Grey Nichols. She is also survived by her two brothers Kenneth Rozycki and Thomas (Patricia) Rozycki and many nieces and nephews.
Linda loved her family, friends, home improvement projects, online games and Marvel movies. There was absolutely nothing in this world she loved more than being a Grandmother – “Gams.” Linda was full of happiness and dreams and should always be remembered laughing, loudly. Linda is now reunited with the love of her life, Ken, and together they will continue to watch over their family.
Visiting hours will be held this Wednesday from 2 to 4 PM and 7 to 9 PM at the Beecher Flooks Funeral Home, 418 Bedford Road, Pleasantville, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 11:00 AM at St. Augustine Roman Catholic Church, Ossining, NY.
