Margaret (Peggy) Brennan, was born and raised in Washington Heights, New York City, on August 17th, 1934. Peggy passed peacefully, in her sleep, on January 13th, 2020. Loving daughter of the late Lawrence and Margaret Martin; beloved wife of the late Tommy; devoted mother of Debbie, Lizzie, and the late Margie; adoring grandmother of JT and Meggie Osorio; forever best friend of Maureen Smith; proud aunt of many cherished nieces & nephews and grandnieces & nephews; faithful and dedicated member of St. Margaret of Cortona parish since January of 1963. While we are grateful for her happy release into Heaven, we will deeply miss her warm, kind, caring, generous, forgiving and prayerful spirit. Wake to be held at Riverdale on the Hudson Funeral Home, 6110 Riverdale Avenue, (Bronx) on Friday, January 17th from 5:00-9:00pm. Mass of the Christian Burial to be held at St. Margaret’s Church, 6000 Riverdale Avenue, (Bronx), on Saturday at 10:45am. Internment to immediately follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, (Hawthorne, NY).
