May Rose Szala Acevedo died on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at the age of 74. She was born and lived in the Bronx for 40 years when the family moved to Pleasantville, NY for the next 34 years. May was a positive person who delighted in caring for her family and interacting with close friends. May Rose worked at Pleasantville Middle School Cafeteria and Pleasantville Pharmacy. She is survived by her husband Raphael, daughter Dawn Marie, son Richard Benjamin and her brothers William(Bill),Joseph(Joey) and Steve. There are no viewing or religious services planned. In lien of flowers you can have a memorial in her honor sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis Tenn. Please send all condolence wishes to the residence.
