Rita Connolly, on Tuesday morning, May 21 Rita Connolly of Pleasantville, NY formerly of the Bronx, began her eternal rest as she passed away peacefully, at the age of 91. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Rita (née Talty) predeceased by her beloved husband Matthew. She is survived by her children and their spouses Patricia and Robert Nugent , Eileen and Jim Falconi, John and Stacy Connolly, and Mary and Jim Bramswig . She loved her grandchildren Tara, Robert and Kevin Nugent (fiancée Laura), Lauren (Marco) Falconi Franciamore, Matthew Falconi (fiancée Danielle), Jaclyn (Michael) Falconi Hutton, Kara (Christopher) Falconi Gautieri, Liz (Phillip) Connolly Sterbenz, Patrick and Catherine Connolly, Maggie, Michael (Allison), Daniel and Jack Bramswig. Also survived by her great-grandchildren Max and Leo Franciamore, Chase Hutton and Olivia Sterbenz. Born in Inagh, County Clare Ireland, the fourth child of Joseph and Catherine Talty. At the age of 17, Rita left Ireland to live in England until she arrived in New York on March 15, 1949. Soon after her arrival she met Matthew and their beautiful journey began. Living in Manhattan, Woodlawn and finally Pleasantville, New York. Rita was predeceased in death by her brothers Andrew, Michael and John Talty. Also her sisters Rita, Mary Geagan Lombardo, Catherine Roche, and Nora Saunders. Survived by her brothers Patrick, Senan, and Joseph Talty and sisters Ann Reynolds, Peggy Brown and Teresa Travers . Rita loved her many nieces and nephews and so many others wonderful friends. She was loved by so many.
