Thady P. Mills, 92, loving father and grandfather, passed away on August 26, 2020. Born and raised in Manhattan, he spent many years in Ozone Park, Queens and Venice, Florida before settling in Pleasantville, NY in his later years. Ted loved all sports, doing puzzles, especially crosswords, playing poker, listening to music, and he was never without a good book by his side. His sense of humor will be especially missed. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family. With his loving wife, Marie, Ted enjoyed traveling, and no place in the world meant more to him than his time spent in Ireland with all their extended family. A World War II veteran, he always said the two years he spent in the Navy were among the best years of his life. Ted is predeceased by his wife, Marie. Surviving him are his daughters, Anne Marie Troccoli (Michael), Elaine Bertosen (Ken), and Patricia Serret (Raymond), his grandchildren Julia, Kenny, Chris, Joe and Mike and his many nieces and nephews.
