Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Anna Rogers can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Anna Rogers (White)
Anna “Annie” Rogers, 91, of Pleasantville, N.Y., left to celebrate her new life on December 17, 2014. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Myles Rogers; her brothers, Thomas, Vincent, Francis and James; and sisters, Helen and Mary.

Annie is survived by her brother, Timothy; children, Patricia Rogers, Kathleen (John) Tucciarone, Mercedes Rogers, Elizabeth (Joe) Hartigan and Joseph (Kathleen) Rogers; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was a loving mother to six stepchildren.

Annie was a natural teacher, caretaker and mother, and she spent her life raising more than 20 children in addition to her own. Her upbeat spirit lifted everyone around her.

She was an avid singer, lucky card player and world traveler who loved her trips to visit family in Ireland most.

Visitation Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Beecher Flooks Funeral Home, Inc., Pleasantville, NY. Mass of Christian Burial Monday 10 AM, Holy Innocents Church, Pleasantville, NY. Burial following at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY. In lieu of flowers donations to Pleasantville Ambulance Corps., P.O. Box 201, Pleasantville, NY 10570 would be appreciated.
